Roadmap (high level)
- Establish governance: assign accountable owners for HSE, environmental incidents, and vendor compliance.
- Define baselines: once operations begin at any scale, measure fuel use, waste, and key risk indicators honestly. Then improve.
- Publish commitments responsibly: as reports become real, align disclosures to recognized frameworks where appropriate and avoid claiming alignment prematurely.
